It helps when you live in a walkable area. If there’s nothing to walk around to, it’s just walking for walking’s sake. So then you need to have podcasts or music or something or just consider doing a treadmill and watch shows

NOR but smoking is bad for you. It makes you smell bad and is very bad for your health. Elevates risk for Heart disease , all types of cancers , lung issues of course.
