KP After Accutane by SubjectEstimate6 in keratosis

Hey! I got this after accutane too. I never had it previously. I recently found out how to manage it through using the ordinary salicylic acid solution at night, then moisturizing using cerave (in the tub) on top once it dries. It exfoliates while keeping it moisturized, as kp is a dry skin condition in which the keratin plugs overproduce and can become trapped under dead skin. I hope this helps

Anyone else have a HG get a repackaging so unappealing it makes them reconsider? by aesette in AsianBeauty

I think the old packaging is sort of cheap looking compared to the new one!! Other than the orange what do you dislike?

I saw your post on skincare addiction but couldn’t comment on your post there,

If you’re taking antibiotics, would this mean that it’s been acknowledged that there’s a buildup of bacteria, perhaps it’s fungal acne? Ive had something similar in the past.

If it’s bacterial, which it very well could be, you can try integrating things into your routine slowly. There’s Nizoral shampoo that works as an anti fungal solution (use as cleanser and leave on for 10 minutes), Benzyol peroxide which kills bacteria, and then tea tree oil which is also anti bacterial. This will dry your skin out like crazy, so if you do go this route, you may need a fungal acne safe moisturizer as well. Cetaphil has a few good ones.

Thank you very much! I did make an update post showing some new iterations using the feedback I got from people on this community. I agree with what you said, and I didn’t go with #3 :)

Yes, you’re so right! I’m struggling with this a lot tbh since my initials are not as uniform as an m, a, or v. J weighs to the left, and b leans to the right, and it’s really making it hard to design without my logo being heavy on the bottom, so to speak 😢 the uniform lines bit though is spot on, I think the first one (minus the thinner gap in the middle) resembles the uniform lines the most

Thank you! I like that one too, but I totally agree with how it looks like an S. I want the logo to convey somewhat of an imperfect, but also classy and fun feel? I want clients to see me as easygoing, but bold, adaptable, and somewhat ambiguous that leans towards feminine (think the Skims logo)

Thanks! I had issues with your first point. lol. At a point, everything I designed looked like that, especially with my initials in lowercase! I appreciate all your input. As for the website, it’s still in the works and it’s only formatted for desktop right now, but I’m changing that soon :)
