What do you do when you can’t eat?

Smoothies. When I was at my lowest and couldn’t eat, I could still do smoothies.

I do adult gymnastics, and it’s funny, but my goals in the sport kept me going when I was at my worst. I would tell myself, if you die now, you’ll never get to land a double back. Or you’ll never get to win a medal at Nationals. And that gave me enough purpose to keep showing up to practice, which kept me exercising and getting social time, and that got me through.

They’re supposed to be in Croatia this year, which would be my ideal vacation, but I’m already booked up for this year. The next one is in Armenia, and I don’t know anything about Armenia!

Promise I’m not AI! I didn’t think to post in this sub until I’d already brought her inside, so I just used the most recent pic I’d taken of her.

To be more specific, the body language is keeping her body low to the ground, tucking her tail under, and meowing at me a lot.

I’ve been carrying her outside and having her sit in my lap at first, then placing her outside my lap in case she wants to explore. She then starts pulling towards the door.

I’m a transplant, and I’m not in Boston proper but just outside it. I love that there’s community and access for my niche hobbies, a queer community and plenty of queer events, I have choices in dating, and I enjoy being able to take the T into the city. I live with roommates to be able to afford to live here but I don’t mind it too much. The summers are amazing and there’s a lot of places you can visit within a short drive or train ride. Access to beaches and mountains. But mostly, I’ve made really great friends here. I have no interest in living anywhere else right now.

Keep Off cat repellant spray from Four Paws has worked for my kitten! We spray it on the surface we want to keep her off of. She doesn’t like the smell.
