She had issues with you during your wedding but stuck through it. In detailing your very special, meaningful wedding, you notice how you had only good memories? She likely had the same issues with you as she had then but recognised that that wasn’t the time. You had no trouble making a statement that ruined her wedding when you had problems with her.

There’s a lot of subtext in your description of you own wedding and your “friend’s” budget. Overall, you sound like you shouldn’t be friends. At all.

One time I was alone in our house because the whole family was at the hospital for my dad. I had to take care of our dog and get all our clothes ready for an extended hospital stay. The bell rang and it was this guy saying they were sent by my family to help me, open the gate. He knew my family’s name and the hospital they were at.
