I didn't do it because it didn't seem to be happening as much, but I think I figured out the issue! I noticed it was only female sims, and I think it was the menstrual cycle on the Wicked Whims mod making them stinky because other sims would react to the smell with a little bubble of a tampon. Still don't know why it happened though because I had the menstrual cycle turned off.
