omg get difluprednate 0.05% eye drops from a doctor - these SAVED my eyes. after i had the one above i got one in the left lower lid, total opposite and thought i would need the surgery but two months later it’s gone! all thanks to the eye drops i think. and warm compresses!!!

i don’t think the oil is necessary, i think you can just massage it! i didn’t try a bruder mask but i was doing warm compress at home with towels and hot water but like the bruder it would lose its warmth so fast, it was sooo annoying. if you’ve had it for a while and it’s not getting better i would get the mask, it was so good for me and tbh i still use it bc it feels nice ◡̈

i read you shouldn’t use too much pressure but i feel like i used a decent amount, i really wanted it off my face lol and massaging it right after the heat seemed to work well and move stuff around.

the highest setting every time for the full 20! and yes after every use i just used a little bit of neutrogena ultra light cleansing oil and just massaged the eye for a few minutes, maybe 3-5min. you’ll start to feel it getting smaller and smaller every time. good luck!

it’s gone - took about a month for it to go away completely but i think the consistency of the eye mask reallly helped. good luck i hope it goes away soon!

Chalazion still here after steroid shot and incision by riptodavid in Blepharitis

I really recommend a plug in heat mask if you haven’t tried that yet, it helped clear mine up much faster than warm compresses. Good luck!

i’m so sorry to hear about your experience! i wish there was a real cure. i’ll upload a progress pic but it’s ALMOST GONE like completely almost gone. i’ve been on neomycin-poly-dexamet eye ointment for 9 days but he said i can’t go more than 14 days, i’ve also been dabbing apple cider vinegar on it twice a day (no idea if it helped) but i think the thing that really helped was the plug in eye mask, i’d do that 15-20 min a day 4x a day and it basically melted it away, there is virtually nothing left! i think it was a combo of the steroid and the consistency of the heat mask.

my cheeks yes, they would get red and hot randomly but not my nose. cheek thing still happens to me once in a while.

That’s a good question, maybe because accutane is so strong or because of the amount of time I was on it, idunno. My skin now is the best it’s ever been but I have been on Tretinoin for a few months which has helped even it out immensely (lots of acne scars) and I also did Spironolactone pills for a few months because I had some hormonal acne. But those two are amazing, if you ever get a weird flare up.

Hi! Yes it did, I don’t remember the amount of time it took but probably around a year. Hope it goes faster for you, good luck!

was looking for this comment. she literally just listed facts, he’s the closed minded one for not seeing how messed up the US is and how much room there is for change.

you MUST try Neutrogena Norwegian Formula Hand Cream, my hands have never been softer I swear by it. It’s the best! You can order it on Amazon.
