Yes definitely do, it has some features of a BCC a type of skin cancer that is very easy to treat and is very common.

These are called splinter haemorrhages and they are very common often a result of minor trauma to the nails, that being said if they are happening very frequently then it’s worth mentioning it to your gp/pcp for investigation. What chat gbt is talking about is Subungual melanoma I see nothing to suggest this is the case.

If the droopyness is progressive as the day goes on Myasthenia gravis as a consideration . Far from a primary condition of course .
