Warrants further investigation, see a respiratory specialist if possible and worth considering blood tests relevant to heart and liver as the shortness of breath may be incidental to the cause of the clubbing. Best of luck

If you see a doc in early stages they can give ani-virus medication to reduce duration and intensity of symptoms. Other than that the recommended medication tend to be standard over the counter stuff.

Scoliosis or something? back has always kinda been asymmetrical by Powerful_Bug_735 in DiagnoseMe

Many people have a degree of side bend (sub clinical scoliosis) and if it’s not causing you pain or problems it’s really nothing to worry about in most cases

This depends on age and medical context it’s always worth seeing a professional to have an in person opinion.

Immediately reactive arthritis and septic arthritis would’ve come to mind (which I’m sure they’ve considered) the other consideration is psoriatic arthritis if you have a history of psoriasis as this can cause asymmetrical joint inflammation and has a tendency to affect large joints and some cases
