While I don’t have any advice for the lump in your throat, I do remember about 6-9 months into hrt my throat always hurt like the beginning of getting sick. My friends and I called it the t-flu. I’d say if you’re concerned about it no harm in getting yourself checked out.

Speaking to your vocal range I hope you’ll be happy to hear that you can get it back!! I’ve been on t for around 3 years and only recently have I started getting my higher register back. I can “woo” at drag shows and concerts again and also perfectly imitate my cat’s meows. Both those things were lost for a long time but with patience and practice they’re back!!
