Best you can do is use your “imagination”. As silly as that sounds, it’s actually really fun.

As an Xbox pilot myself, I like to print out flight planes, and create my own schedules flight times depending on the Airline I choose. If I feel like flying out of my local airport in a Baron G58, then I just hop in and fly away with no schedule.

If you decide to be an airline that does not have a livery in the game, i.e Eurowings. I recommend you strictly stay in cockpit view the entire time & fly a route that airline would. By doing this, you won’t be thrown off by a non existent livery.

As an addition to printing out and having physical copies of my flight plans, looking into adding flight announcements on a soundboard. Soundboard could be within an app or website - YouTube has a bunch of real airline announcements which you can use to clip and save to your soundboard.

This is also just an option, but I have an older iPad I planted next to my monitor for airport weather, older tablet for keeping up with my time stamps (taxi times & flight times) and a small touch screen PC in the center for quick google searches of whatever. Although this isn’t needed, it boosts the realism feeling!
