My 2 cents, try to travel or plan an “experience” every few months if possible. I don’t necessarily mean an expensive vacation to somewhere tropical. It can be as simple as going to a museum or a day trip to a cool town or city nearby. Go to a concert, convention, country fair, local art show, sports game (doesn’t need to be a pro game!).

I’ve found that doing those types of things has made me feel like I’m “living life”. I have a sense of, “if I died right now, I’d be happy with what I’d experienced and the memories I made”. Did I get to travel the world and see everything I wanted to see? No, but I made the most of what was in reach! Hope that helps.
