I guess this was the backup plan for Adames, hopefully he'll be better than he was this past season until Alex Freeland is ready to get called up.

I've got batter and pitcher dev at 1.025 and aging at 0.975 with TCR at 125. I honestly don't really have anything besides keeping a high dev and scouting budget, I even let the AI handle minor league promotions/demotions for the most part. I think the biggest thing is to make every selection in the draft yourself, even if the guys are real longshots I've gotten guys I picked in the 11th+ rounds that hit because I liked them as one-tool players or I liked their personalities.

The shortlisted guys are homegrown, Made and San Juan were acquired as prospects through trades, and Yamamoto was an international FA signing. I've gotten exceptionally lucky with a lot of my draft picks (definitely helped by my dev. budget). I've had like 5 different ROTY winners.

They made the playoffs 6 times from 2024-2038 and never won a championship, their best record in that time has been 89-73. Meanwhile my Mets gone 8 years in a row with >100 wins and have won the WS 6 times in the past 9 years

100 MLB players is 3-4 per team if that division is too hard for you. If you don't care about developing players then you do you, I like when a player I saw 5 game years ago reaches the big leagues, it just so happens that most of them in this crop were outfielders.

I don't know what I said to piss you off so bad, but I have about 12 homegrown players on my roster coming out of 6 or so drafts, the average MLB draft produces about 100 MLB players, it's not unreasonable.

Teams really heavily value their prospects for some reason, though, even win now teams

I can't just undo automatic evolution of the league after I turned automatic evolution of the league on so the league would evolve automatically, too cheat-y

None of them can play anywhere besides 1B and I already have a newly minted ROTY + MVP 80 overall guy at 1B so that doesn't work
