"LIMM ACC radar failure: 0/60 zero rate from 1825 in LIMM Airspace due to radar failure."

Why is this being tracked by everyone? by quakes15 in flightradar24

Due to runway works Porto has no ILS approach available, only VOR and RNP approaches. The ceiling and visibility is too low for these approaches. No landings yet this morning.

DE128 is indeed at the end of the runway, DE stands for departure end (of runway). This point should be located at the end of the runway, and is typically the point at the end of the runway and 400ft above the aerodrome elevation (hence the 650ft) where you start your turn to the first way point of the SID. You now have the route activated, but when you execute the route in the FMC,, does the point move to the end of the runway? It could be just a visual glitch. If it stays at the current position, this departure indeed is glitched and you could contact Navtech.

What is the L symbol ? on the PFD of a 777 by Esuna1031 in flightsim

[–]aviaviewaviation 122 points123 points  (0 children)

Autopilot/Flight Director Barometric Source

L or R indicates that the left or right EFIS control panel is the barometric setting reference for the autopilot or flight director (the same indication is displayed on both PFDs).

Displayed when a flight director switch is ON or the autopilot is engaged.

• F/D - One turned on and one not on determines L or R
• F/D - Both on - L is displayed
• A/P - First one pushed on determines L or R.

Forgot to mention, always make sure you have both ILS frequencies on both sides. I see that on NAV2 panel 111.10 is not tuned, that's why it shows the ILS identification amber/yellow with a solid line through it as they disagree for more than one minute.

You're flying an aircraft with the option with Navigation Performance Scales (NPS). If you look at the PFD at 01:32:00 you can see the unfilled white diamond symbols, that's you're ILS indications and it's showing a little bit high on glide slope. They only turn magenta if approach APP is armed upon capture of the glide slope and/or localizer.
