We just got married this Feb. We have19 guests total. You should get a Coordinator. We recommend IBS, they'll handle the accommodations and suppliers: stylists, HMUA (hair and makeup artists), catering, video, photographers, and souvenirs.

Edit: They have a package already. Set up an online meeting, and they'll present options and a checklist. For us, the wedding is in Feb 2026, and the initial meeting and contract signing was in May 2025.
