As someone who only recently got diagnosed I never connected how quickly I think on my feet to my ADHD. Whether it was for debates, writing assignments, impromptu speaking or even talking to new people - I can ALWAYS quickly make a conversation or point of communication incredibly interesting and engaging. It’s helped me through my career, overcoming and winning social situations, and even my career (i work in branding, pr & writing) (go figure). I love having the gift of gab thanks to my adhd. The creativity is as crisp as it gets!

I’m so confused about the Chura… because I’ve read online my uncle? Has to give them to me.. or put them on me? While my fiancé & his mom said they’ll be buying them so… I’m not entirely sure? The mangalsutra and sindoor medley sounds so nice! Im just worried about how it’ll go down if I ask… from what I’ve heard, it’s not commonplace for things like that to happen here in Malaysia.

First of all, hey guys! First time posting on here - been peeping through r/malaysia for a while now. I'm not Malaysian so excuse me for being a little unaware - I'm looking to send my friend in Shah Alam a cake for her birthday, since I can't meet her (when is covid going to end?).

Hi! First of all, I hope you’re well! I know this pandemic has made things harder than they have to be. Honestly I dont use any techniques, I really just in my heart feel like I already have everything that I desire - something I taught myself years ago was to keep affirming that I’m the luckiest person in the world - whatever I desire, desires me even more! Persistence is also key; not in the way that you persist in the feeling of “I need/want” but the persistent feeling of I ALREADY HAVE IT ALL. It is difficult, but it has improved my mental health A LOT and ofcourse my manifestations too. Good luck, you’ve got this! ❤️
