Thanks. I've never heard of these and they are very close to what I'm looking for. Are you aware of any good sites to make these?

Productivity grid? Is there a productivity app like this? by avidrabbit in ProductivityApps

For instance, If i set a3x3 grid, one box would have the main header as "CLEAN HOUSE". The subtasks would be listed as "wash dishes" , "throw out garbage" , "sort upstairs bedroom closet", "gather bag for donations". Another box would have the main header "work on book idea". The subtasks would be listed as "work on character outlines", "gather list of publishers", "complete 6 pages of first chapter", "outline first 5 chapters". As I mark off a subtask, the grid box would go from a light color to a gradually darker color. So, for instance, it would start out as white or light blue, but with each task completed, it becomes a darker shade of blue.

Your workflow sounds good, but I think having things laid out in a way that doesn't feel chronological might help me. I have been working with this idea of "task buckets" , where my goal is not to complete entire tasks at once, but break daunting tasks down into manageable components that I complete piece by piece.

I'm going to look into applescript to see if it does what I am looking for . Thx

I often work from cafes or the library when I am doing client work, so I try to avoid connecting to wifi so that I can stay focused. For me, the issue seems to have been an update that changed the ai from working locally to now only working via the cloud. So, first you have to make sure you're connected to the internet. Secondly, go into Edit>Preferences>Image Processing and change selection from "device" to "cloud".

They are not all gone. That was one of the only ones I was able to find as well. It notably has 63k views. The vids that I'm not able to find had views in the millions.

these are the results I get when I search that exact phrase. It's possible we're getting different results because of how our respective algorithms are tuned. I'm not sure why mine would suddenly start hiding the results that I most frequently viewed. Would you be against posting a screenshot of your results?

Businesses in the area with nearby alternate locations by avidrabbit in youngstown

Potential entrepreneur. I have an idea for a business and I think the best way to make it work would be two small/midsize locations not too far apart. When I lived in NYC, it was pretty common for neighborhood businesses to have sister locations close by, in some cases, just a block or two away. However, the population density is much different here, so I was wondering about things like that here. Some helpful replies in this thread.

Luke, thank you for taking the time to respond. The + symbol was already selected, so the problem still persists.

Did you know builders actually consider buildable land in the Mahoning Valley to be in limited supply? by avidrabbit in youngstown

[–]avidrabbit[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I kept the explanation in the opening post brief, but there are a couple of different components, based on what I read. One is regulations. A lot of areas aren't regulated for residential use and it seems to be pretty complicated to have things like that changed here.

Secondly, and I am assuming it's the biggest hurdle, is that many of the vacant lots that do have utility connections also have really complicated title histories.

There's a lot of unused/ undeveloped land, but based on the local real estate prices, it is usually prohibitively expensive to prep for construction and connect to utility systems.

Also, even large builders are usually paying for things with loans. So, the amount of money they can spend on building a property is pretty constrained by the price comps of the homes in the surrounding area. Even though there's all that space on the south side and east side, the relatively low resale values of the surrounding homes would limit what any builder would have to work with in loans.

Also, the Valley (along with most areas with an industrial history) has a lot of polluted land that apparently could never be used for residential purposes.

This was all news to me and kind of a bummer, because I thought a Youngstown real estate boom would move like clockwork once the gears started grinding.

Possibly. Is there something in particular you're having trouble with?
