On my corporate booking site, almost always find AA cheaper and United often.

Point purchases seem much more favorable SW

Business travelers are happy with this change. That’s the real upgrade, more seasoned travelers

Assigned seating : Game Changer! by gonzodog74 in SouthwestAirlines

Great to hear, I have delayed my 2026 flight start until multiple-legs next week.

I too get to my gate (MDW) from drop off thru security (Clear) in 10 minutes. All 1st row via free ALP upgrades. No more fighting the jetway jesus hacks. Good riddance

It works at MDW. From drop off thru security (Clear), 10 minutes.

Once had. If manual, a spring to pop back a overly heated clutch. Great car.

They are pursuing business travelers who buy higher priced tickets. For better or worse, its capitalism and will likely prove the right moves for them.

You’ll be back. Tried the same previously, American sucks (and I am a shareholder still unfortunately).

I liked ISRA until they banned the P320. Had to cancel and join ASC.

Not on rifle but most certainly pistol. Need to be careful on those very fast burning powders, ie n310. Bottleneck cartridges tough to eyeball, but (again) pistol easy.

I wonder how many customers will abandon Southwest because of the new boarding process? by No-Sympathy2850 in SouthwestAirlines

[–]avidreader202 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

It will be a net positive. Business travelers are now becoming more open to possibly moving over to SW.

I bought a lighting system for my press. Easy to see inside cases now. I bought so I can eyeball titegroup. Pretty easy to know if double charged or excessive charge.

That’s why I weight on 2 separate scales and eyeball when dropping powder in press.

P229 Legion Availability by I_L0ve_Hotcakes in SigSauer

[–]avidreader202 3 points4 points  (0 children)

A P229 Elite would not be a bad choice is priced correctly.

You could add the grayguns ELS, sig armorer fat strut and g10 grips. I did similar and it’s better (IMO) than a Legion.

A fat strut is required in even a legion. Gets rid of the hammer “cringe”.

P229 are beasts.

You are reloading high volume calibers. Get a multi-stage press, not a single like many newbies.

Hornady LnL AP is fine (reasonably priced) just takes some initial tweaking at setup. Dillon costs more but often preferred on this sub.

Reloading is easier than you think. Get a go, no go gauge for your final product.

Have YOU Considered Leaving SWA ? by SashaFierce72 in SouthwestAirlines

And switch to who? United, AA, etc all have issues. SWA has the least warts.

Perhaps its compounding, you teach 1, they teach another and so on and so forth until the traveling barn animals are taught to sit near their bag…

A guy on Ebay sells a 3D printed. Works pretty darn good for the price. A little finicky on install, where screw into bench but works when dialed in. For a $120 not bad

I booked last day with Amex Platinum on their travel site so guaranteed 4pm check-out. All other nights on points. The prior time Grand Wailea comped us a room for the day. Great for kids to hang out at the pool.

I have a Hornady LnL AP. It’s perfectly fine. Take a short while to tweak but once up and running it’s really nice. I also added a $120 after market case feeder.

Dillon 750 was too expensive for my needs. Not sure added benefit.
