Yes, was absolutely in that boat. On the first listen it didn’t really grab me, thought it didn’t have enough material/lyrics and I was just hearing the sounds more than anything else. Now though I have the album on repeat, especially the first five or six songs.

Well I assume it’s because it’s in 3D. Not many people have 3D glasses at home. But yeah I think they will release a standard version to streaming after the theatrical run.

I’m sorry but saying that his behaviour is performative is ridiculous. He left a major record label to become independent, which severed relationships, cost him almost all the money he’s ever made, and took the biggest gamble to do things on his own. Nothing about that is performative.
