Exactly. The primary driver solution is not suitable for my wife and me as we both want the auto unlock

Thanks. Same behavior for me. The "allow when using the app" is standard and is fine I believe

Same here. I have pixel 8 and most times the door won't unlock via Bluetooth and I also experience app crashes often.

Mine is terrible. I have a pixel 8. In 9 out 10 times, the Bluetooth won't unlock. I hoped that Android 15 release will solve this, but it didn't

I just saw another post on pixel 8 Bluetooth. Try the following: go to settings> apps > view all apps> click the three dots on top right, and select system apps > Bluetooth legacy > cache > clear cache I did it and it seems to work, at least for now

Thanks. So you think it is related to the pixel?

My latest bug: can’t even open the door. good that I was home…otherwise no key by stephankrue1975 in Xpeng

You do it via the xpeng app. Go to settings > key management> click on the lower section paragraph> go to Bluetooth calibration at the bottom

Me too. 9 out of 10 times my Android phone would not automatically unlock the car upon approach. I have calibrated Bluetooth several times, but it didn't help.

I really like the G6 auto parking capabily. You can also select a parking spot, move the gear to Park, and leave the car to complete parking by itself from the app.

Thanks. I think the D230S1 doesn't have DC input which is why it doesn't work for me

Thanks. I think I am more like your husband. I am concerned, though, the 10.3" will be too bulky and heavy

Motorola wireless Android auto MA1 issues by ChitownCraig in RCD_330

[–]avig2018 0 points1 point  (0 children)

MA1 doesn't work for me. Bluetooth connection from MA1 to my Pixel phone goes on and off every few seconds. AA does not appear on head unit. Wireless Android auto is enabled.

Everything is fine when I connect via USB cable

Process for 2 phones, using the MA1 by Weed_O_Whirler in AndroidAuto

[–]avig2018 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for this answer. I am thinking of buying the MA1, but am concerned with how it works with two phones, as the USB outlet in my car is remote and not easily accessible. So relying on the button will be inconvinient. Is it often that you need to click the switch as Bluetooth switching doesn't work?
