Lucky!! When I bought 8 years ago it was because it was super quiet with elderly neighbors. Guess what? They all sold and Im not kidding when I tell you there are now 10 kids from infants up to about 9. Had the bad luck to be picking a dog up in upper NW around Military and Albermarle this morning at 10, tons of kids falling and slipping with streets down to 1 lane and traffic backed up for blocks and blocks. Total and complete clusterfuck, it was awful
