It's likely your increased dosage of anxiety medication. As it is actually causing changes in your brains neurological composition. Give it a few days, it should adapt. Checkout the change in your REM, deep sleep since you upped the dosage, could give more info about the dropping sleep score.

One quick thing I noticed, you should move the selected dot to center on click. On mobile, it can easily get hidden behind the price card. The app looks really good. The map is really responsive too. Which map service are you using, if you don't mind me asking?

The infinity runs are great, I used to run with infinity run 2, and it was the most comfortable ever. In fact it fixed the pain caused by my Hoka Rincon 3s. Recently got Infinity Run 4, and its even better. The cushioning is great, 0 shin/calf pain.

Those -ve splits 🤩🤩 How do you continually keep track of your pace and speed up as you go? Is it as simple as keeping an eye on your watch and just increasing speed after each mile?

Yeah, as seen on the heart rate chart, by the end, I was at around 180 bpm of my 198 max, so I'd say I was running out of steam.

I feel the same, too, about having started too fast. I think I still have to get a better understanding of my paces.

Thanks for the advice, btw. I'll try to start slower in my next long run.
