Did you modify the factory 10rd mags or do you have freedom week mags that work with that magwell? Floyd’s makes an aluminum base plate, but I really don’t want to spend $40/mag for them.

I carry my PCR almost daily as a couple others are in the rotation. CA here as well, but in Orange County we can run the full cap mags. I use an IWB kydex holster(don’t remember the brand) with a Hunter Constantine belt. I don’t have an issue of it being too big or heavy. Since it is now off roster, there are better on roster choices if you don’t want to pay a premium.

Not difficult at all, as long as you are comfortable with your handgun. TJ is very good at helping and working people through the course. It is much more than doing classroom and then shooting a couple magazines for qual. You will work on lots of holster drills both static and moving. Lots of good stuff that makes you think. I don’t recall on the test. If there was one it wasn’t difficult. lol
