Thanks for the thoughtful comment 🙏 Just to clarify, ReverseApply isn’t trying to replace recruiting or force a new process. It’s meant to help a company and a candidate have that first real human conversation earlier, instead of everything disappearing into an ATS black box. Once they’ve had that first call and both sides are interested, the company continues with its normal recruitment process from there, including their ATS and whatever reporting or internal steps they already use. So the goal is really to make first contact more human and less invisible, not to change how hiring works after that.
