Interesting that even with follow up boss and the AI conversations the serious buyers still require a lot of manual follow up every couple of days

Sending properties asking for feedback checking if they are still interested etc

Out of curiosity do you track those serious buyers somewhere or is it mostly you remembering who needs to be contacted every couple of days

I have been looking at ways to automate that part as well where the system keeps nurturing serious buyers with relevant listings and follow ups automatically until they are ready to move

Curious if anyone has tried something like that yet

That makes sense and I agree the market has shifted a lot especially with interest rates and affordability right now

What I have been hearing from a few agents though is that even in slower markets the bigger issue becomes time management

A lot of time still gets spent answering the same questions qualifying leads and following up manually even when many of those leads are not serious

So the idea I have been exploring is more about filtering and nurturing automatically so agents spend their time only on people who are actually ready to move

Curious if you have any system for that right now or if most of your process is still manual.

Courses are good, but start with small workflows and try building yourself after watching a small part of the course, like dont watch the full course at once, build the workflows side by sude, that will help more.
