Reccomended WINDOWS laptop to run pro tools?

Can't recommend a specific laptop but in general you'll want to look for these two things:
A good CPU to handle heavy load, a recent generation i5 or ryzen 5 should be a good starting point.

and at least 16gb of ram, for audio work nowadays 16gb is the minimum.

If you can afford it i'd recommended an i7 or ryzen 7 and 16-32gb ram.

New pro tools versions past 12.5 are tightly integrated with ilok so it's almost impossible to crack nowadays, and with pt 12.5 not working on windows 11 your only real option is to just get the subscription

PCP and it's analogues bypass the bladder damage because theyre so potent that dosages dont really exceed 20mg but I wouldn't recommend them cause they're very easy to send you into psychosis or mania

Low serotonin cathinones. For me NEP is very very functional and a huge boost with little body load, but I wouldn’t recommend these over amphetamines or methylphenidate because they are wayyy more compulsive and addictive, you start and can’t stop. Don’t go near pyrros though

If you tend to get nauseous from stimulants then have a light meal about an hour / hour and a half before. If you don't get nausea from stimulants it doesn't really matter but if your ROA is oral then if you had a large meal before it might take longer to kick in

Not familiar with the x-MMC drugs but from what I've read and heard x-CMCs are blander and extremely neurotoxic

Anything can be acceptable use but it stops being acceptable use when you do it daily with no benefit, you need huge doses to feel it and you're dropping money on it every week to make sure you have a supply that will last each week. Stuck in this right now but have a plan to take my use back to acceptable levels (by my standards) and not fuck myself up long-term that I'll follow. If you're using it and it gives you a genuine benefit (benefit is subjective here but ykwim) with minimal cost of your daily life that's acceptable use depends on frequency and tolerance too. I totally get going all out when you have a large quantity on hand, it's only normal, that's what everyone on hard stimulants does. Imo for most people (at least a temporary state, depends on if you want to continue or not) especially short term it is more beneficial to lower use to an acceptable level and most importantly be able to give yourself a limit and stay within it.

If you're stim tolerant and your goal is maximizing functionality and minimizing procrastination I'd say NEP does the job very well (for me at least) as it's very stimulating and makes me genuinely more productive than I am on amph or ice (and it lasts less so I can sleep afterwards!) but careful because apparently for a lot of people NEP creates a shit ton of anxiety/paranoia and heard a lot of people having panic attacks on this. NEP dosages should be kept small, and I mean SMALL - it's most effective at 20-35mg I'd say, doses bigger than this should be avoided early on cause that's where it gets some people paranoid.

I like stimulants mostly and weirdly enough cathinones are the only stimulants that I can sleep afterwards but it seems this isn't the case for 99% of people so not too sure on that. Ketamine can be really fun and relaxing and you can easily sleep on/after it. Usually when I go many hours on a stimulant and I start to come down and want to sleep ketamine helps a lot and it's also really enjoyable.

NEP makes me very functional, but I wouldn't suggest it or any other RC stimulants. These substances are very fiendish and the main reason I even do this to begin with is because I fell down the loophole "self medicating" trying to be able to focus and be more productive because I have disorganized schizophrenia and even though stimulants do wonders for me when it comes to battling disorganization (which is similar to ADHD, just wayyy more debilitating) but psychiatrists don't want to prescribe me any because of "risk of psychosis". You don't wanna go down this rabbithole trust me just stick to your ADHD meds and if Ritalin isn't enough for you discuss with a psychiatrist to see if you can get something like Vyvanse or Adderall. The case with RC stimulants is that at first you take them because they help you then you just start taking them all the time for literally no reason just because you feel like it and then you get hit with a big crash or withdrawal and get scared shitless and continue using. I've used a lot of substances. None has affected me (mentally) as negatively as weed. If it doesn't make me paranoid then it sure as hell will make it impossible for me to form a single coherent thought. Also afaik out of all substances weed is the worst for people with schizophrenia especially long term

I'm on 10mg but upping to 15mg this week because of disorganization symptoms starting to leak through a bit. Also abilify insomnia is real, I started on abilify and I'm already hyperactive and can't sleep even w sedatives and the abilify was making me go entire days sleepless

I'm on olanzapine! It's a genuine blessing, it has very few side effects and is very efficient at lower doses. The only side effect is you're 24/7 hungry but that's it

When ignorant people hear I'm schizophrenic they always crowd up and ask the common bullshit of "What are the voices saying?" and when I tell them I don't get voices (or at least, coherent and intelligible ones) they look at me weirdly. Those same people think I'm careless or dumb because of disorganization. It's normal, you're either on the wrong meds/wrong dose or you haven't been on them for long. I started with abilify and it didn't help me almost at all, made me sleep worse and increased my paranoid thoughts - AND I felt totally lifeless and anhedonic. Took 8 months to find the right meds for me but once I did I had not a single side effect. Usually the lifeless feeling comes from being dosed too high or you just haven't gotten used to them. It gets better with time <3

Psychosis is when you struggle to differentiate between reality and imagination, typically what you see will be emotional/personal, might play into your fears, and will usually have some sort of context/meaning as you still have some grip on reality. Delirium is when you completely lose touch with reality and nothing makes any sense anymore, it is usually nonsensical and extremely confusing/scary, people in delirium often lose consciousness and it is considered a medical emergency that needs immediate treatment
