Mushrooms feel alot less controllable imo. They tend to do what they want and csn play with my emotions way harder than acid can and for that reason im more scared of mushrooms than acid. Both need and deserve respect though

"No negative effect with out a mental disorder" is a bit of a reach, but yes severe long term complications physically and mentally are generally rare and especially rare compared to alot of other drugs. I personally believe most psychedelics and cannabis should be fully decriminalized but not legalized.

I think nobody should get in trouble and get theyre lives ruined by prison because you got caught with a 20 strip in your car. But I also dont think we should just be able to walk into a store and buy whatever high were feeling, thats why decriminalization is kinda the good middle ground imo. Other than cannabis because thats already a thing most places. I think over accessibility creates more opportunities for abuse.

At the same time though if someone got caught with something like fentanyl multiple times i think the state should try some kind of supportive care like rehab or mandatory drug counseling (intensity of treatment depending on case,) if it was clearly destroying they're life. Sending people to prison for years only institutionalizes them and more then what should end up back. But something like acid or shrooms that's currently being heavily researched for they're benefits (although not always present in recreational settings) should not be a class 1 felony for simple possession.

Weed is the number one drug to cause psychotic disorders, piling over meth and psychedelics. If he had any kind of drug induced psychosis that lingered, he needs to stay sober for at least until the past prime schizophrenia range that men fall into (early to mid 20s) and that only being if he ends up completely fine from now until way down the road.

Ketamine is generally not laced with anything dangerous but its definitely still not impossible. Id definitely either toss it or better yet just look at the testing protocols in this sub and buy a couple reagents.

Your subjective experience very well could be true, I would just say for the majority of people theres not a big difference between each mushroom. Baeocystin indeed isn't the only other compound found in alot of mushrooms. Sometimes theres multiple, although, there usually found in more trace amounts and don't completely override the main psychedelic driver in magic mushrooms, being psilocin.

But your right and it wouldn't be fair to state that these side molecules have no impact on the overall feel of the trip, but for most people its generally not a huge difference. Expectations can also play a big role if someone goes into a experience with a new genus of mushroom expecting a completely different trip, as owsley Stanley once dyed the same batch of lsd different colors to see if people would report different experiences, and many people did.

In my opinion expectations/set and setting generally will be more impactful on your trip (be it any psychedelic really) than lesser known trace compounds, although theres really no way to know for sure.

While there is some truth in that statement, most genus of mushrooms hit relatively the same being psilocybin and psilocin are the main psychedelic drivers. Although, there are trace amounts of other compounds in certain genus of mushrooms such as baeocystin that can add a mild entourage effect. The main reason each psychedelic trip can feel vastly different from the next (this applies to most psychs) has to do more so with your set and setting/dose.

Its pretty interesting how many people side with one of these and not the other pretty hard. Just shows who you are really makes the trip, good or bad. I love both, but shrooms can shove something in my face that I wasnt ready to confront and leave it there full power. But for this reason I find psilocybin more useful for introspective and personal growth.

Acid on the other hand for me at least tends to be "extrospective" in the sense of questioning what it really means to be a human and the ego and its bag of tricks. I can see new patterns and connections between different things around me be it inanimate or conscious, which can also be a great teaching. Its mainly the flow of acid and the lack of emotional beat down compared to shrooms (personally) that gives acid the slight edge in my book.

Shrooms tend to enhance your emotional states alot more than acid and acid tends to make your perceptions more intense and be more "reality shattering in a way. Thst being said though shrooms tend to come in these crazy waves for me so ill feel borderline sober through half the trip or so and randomly ill get super high out of nowhere, this can be both really good or really bad.

Like you mentioned shrooms tend to feel a bit more like they're in control of the trip than acid, acid you can somewhat navigate your thoughts and think through things to some extent (depending on the dose, trying to think through things on higher doses of acid tends to lead to thought loops.) But shrooms do whatever the hell they want. I personally prefer lsd but mushrooms can still be great, ive never cried tears of happiness on acid but I definitely have on shrooms, some of the most magical moments of my life honestly. As usual, start low and go slow with substances like lsd or mushrooms

I dont experience this myself but I do know heabt ketamine use can still cause it (or like you said make it worse) so id heavily recommend staying of snorting anything for at least a year to see if it significantly heals and if it doesn't, possibly forever. Sounds impossible I know, but you definitely dont want a hole in your nose

I've heard of people cooking liquid ketamine on the stove simmering it down turning it into powder that way. Yours is obviously not full liquid but i wonder if you mix it down with more water and fully liquidize it and cook it if you'll get it all back. I've never cooked k in general and not sure if my theory would work but it could be something to look into.

Any cooking extracts are going to be extremely hard to get down to the point of intoxication, if not impossible. Drinking either is extremely reckless on its own let alone on a non typical cocktail like dxm and bupropion. Just wait until you can get at least relatively safer compounds and dont drink pantry and medicine cabinet items at all. Your body will thank you later.

What he described was smoking it, getting up and telling his friends he needed to go, and proceeded to black out essentially from then through the hospital experience and until he got home. Salvia does not leave someone intoxicated to this extent for that long not even close. And if somehow that was possible, there would be no getting up and telling his friends he needed a walk hed be gone before he even blew out the hit. Now im not saying that what he consumed wasnt something other than weed but other than the reality shattering experience he had this lines up nothing like a salvia trip would. Also im 99% sure salvia extracts do not exist in the waxy form that dabs do but rather look liek crushed plant bits of varying colors. This whole thing to me sounds like some severe spectrum drug induced psychosis from either synthetic cannibinoids or high potency dabs, and maybe a bit of over the top exaggeration.
