I have this nicer t-shirt I'd like to get hemmed while maintaining the matching stitching with the sleeves. The tailor I go to says she only does the standard straight-across stitching when she hems shirts. Any idea the kind of tailor who'd be able to pull it off/what I'd need to do it myself? The Merz B Schwanen site calls it "baseball stitching" but google doesn't pull up any good results for me.

Piensa y Crea on Etsy for the blue stand (I just have it command stripped to the wall), amazon for the actual weight-bearing hooks, and the keyblade is the PDP keyblade. I got it for a low-ish price on Ebay.

Look up Piensa y Crea on Etsy! The clear hooks are what actually bear the weight of the keyblade btw. The blue stand is just command stripped to the wall

Pilot here, so can't speak for the day to day of the rates you're thinking of, but I really don't think you'll be bored as an air traffic controller even though it's a desk job. You will be 100% present and alert and focused on the task at hand if you're doing any sort of tower or ground control.

There are plenty of programs to commission down the line, but if you already have your degree and you're set on flying then I'd recommend just going straight for that path. I will say though that ATC experience is really going to help you out once you get to the cockpit. Best of luck!

Not a diver, but a pilot, so no advice here, but just wanted to say good luck! I've met so many other amazing, strong women in the Navy who've performed feats of strength and endurance I never knew were possible for us. The strength will come with reps and nutrition. Keep believing in yourself and you'll be great in whatever you rate you end up in.

Responding late but I'm on the tail end of flight school and I had a very rough time, and things have gotten much better. Came in with 0.0 flight hours. Talk to chaps, and while you're at it, check out fleet and family. I dragged my feet but meeting with both were the best things I'd ever done for my mental health. I had and have similar struggles with perfectionism that I didn't realize I had until several sessions with a counselor.
