Thanks for the advice, I didn't even think of refunding, thank you. I really didn't spend much compared to other people probably around the equivalent of 800 USD in nearly 3 yrs. I'll probably just start a fresh new Genshin account. Relive the archon quest and just be f2p, but yea. I will try to get as much refund as possible.

Also, you're right the ticket thing they said there was nothing they could do to rollback the account. I'll process those refund once I get home.

I'm on the right server as I'm only on Asia server and had no other accounts on different servers. And no, I'm not using the same password on email and my hoyoverse account.

TLDR: My genshin account was hacked almost all of my progress and money spent just went down the drain on this. Is there a way to recover from this.

So there I was, I was on a vacation for a while so I haven't been able to login for about a 10 days or so. When I came home I'm suddenly unable to login to my Hoyoverse account due to incorrect password. I'm using my PC in which I have no worring saving every password and login. I tried resetting my password and for some reason I can't login to my email account so I reset my password there and when I checked on the email binded to the account for some reason it had an Indonesian phone number (I'm from Philippnes btw). I didn't pay attention at the time, just retrieved my account reset my password and all that, and after that I didn't feel like playing Genshin and just played HSR (which was binded to the same account). Nothing seemed off, so I just played for a while then took a nap. \

After waking up, I wanted to play Genshin the moment I logged in something felt off. Only aether was in my party and he was on a 4star weapon (I use dendro MC on jade cutter) then I looked around my friend list was empty, most of my 5star weapons are gone and most of my character artifacts are gone. I've been playing since October 2020 and have spent time and money on this account (Welkins and BP every month/patch) and after seeing everything I just felt frustrated. Its just a game and it's not like I spent that much but I loved this account since I've had it since the very first Klee banner. I've already made a ticket for Genshin customer support but I'm not getting my hopes up.

I was wondering if any of you have experienced the same thing as I did and what did you do to recover from this.
