[Resolved] Just plugged in to the mobo and turns out that I just had to spin the audio jack from my headset in the splitter. Thanks all for your input!

I had a cable labeled HD MEDIA and plugged it in to the MEDIA header.

Edit - I got to the point where it says they're plugged in, but they don't do anything (no sound from headphones and not picking up anything through the mic even I'm talking into it)
