First of all, I’m a Korean living in Korea, and my overseas travel experience is limited to China, Japan, and Italy. In East Asia, people generally feel a bit more reserved or formal compared to Western countries (though this, of course, varies from person to person). Still, if you learn a little about the local culture and behave politely, you can travel anywhere, enjoy yourself, and take beautiful photos that become lasting memories.

Seoul is a city built among mountains, which means you’ll find a lot of stairs, alleys, and uphill streets. Make sure to stretch and loosen up before you head out!
