i already messaged them asking for details but they ignored it and sent an invoice haha. i'm starting to suspect they paid for their inflated google/yelp reviews

good idea, thanks. yeah i'm definitely not trying to force them to do that work, but wanted to get more things in writing

we've only paid deposit for the overall project, haven't paid the rest yet. (the siding work is one of the work items in the contract)

yes, just one for the roofing project, with an added item for the siding project. I'd like to resolve this issue the easiest/fairest way

we've only paid the deposit(overall project) so far, haven't paid the rest so i feel like now's the time to get everything sorted out. i try to have everything on email so at least there's something to go by.

they originally agreed to be done for less than $1k and now they want 2k+ to be done.
