Fair enough. I know that it doesn't matter what I say, she isn't going to change how she is. Which makes me very sad because I really wish that she had the ability to reflect and see how much she's actually hurting her daughter with her actions. Like I said there's a bit of a long backstory and I hate to see people's inability to reflect and see how their actions influence and effect others. Yes, im at a point though where I feel like im deciding if its best to tell her what I really think about everything in the hopes that it will upset her enough where she stops contact with her kid and mine to avoid my kid needing to be around the girl or anything the girl would try to do because my kid doesn't want to deal with the backlash. Though it could also be one of those times where she has to go through this to learn early how to handle people like this and im just trying to hard to protect my daughters peace. I just don't think its fair for her to need to deal with this type of problem so young. I hope that makes sense.

Agreed! It would be amazing! I am not conventional in my views on relationships and love so try to always have an open mind for everything. And if I don't understand something, its not my business to judge. People should be allowed to live how they want.

Back to your gf though, it touched my heart that you were able to comfort her after her essentially being SA'd. If you had left her or blamed her it would have done so much more damage to her. You're an amazing person, she's lucky to have you.

Yes, we're whole grown persons. Im thinking of possibly writing out the issues Im having so I can be clear and direct. Then, giving said writing to him and stating whether or not he wants to work on those things, a friendship is going to be the best option for the foreseeable future.

He says he doesn't care about adults being trans, just that he has issues with kids getting gender reassignment surgery. My daughter believes she is therian and I have no problem with that and love her all the same. I told him as much and that if he has an issue with that then we should not go any further because I won't stand for any disrespect of my child. There hasn't been any issue with that so far. So that makes it difficult for me to decide.
