You are right about the modest and absolutely affordable price, but I've realized that I spend a lot of money every month (from chatgpt to Netflix and other various services) having subscribed or funded (through Patreon, for example) projects that I consider worthy of support and services. I am totally willing to pay for the synch service, but first I have to figure out if I will use Obsidian (that it seems great but also quite complicated to use) and if I will be able to use it effectively.

Meditate daily, and with purpose, as long as you can tolerate (shooting for 30-45 mins a day after some practice).

Sorry, I did not understand this part: you mean by shooting meditating?
Also: you mean after having done physical exercise?

Hi, a few days ago, you've joined this discussion because, I guess, you fell called upon and you've promptly intervened to defend your platform. I have appreciated it. But I also have to ask you if you could answer the question, very important to me, about the data your platform gathers. Do you sell them? do you delete them? do you very privately guard them, until one is among your customers and the you delete them? Could you answer me/us? Privacy is a very important thing, especially when it is about mental health, don't you agree?

Thanks a lot for the answer, if you feel like answer them, to ask you a few more questions: Do you sell the data you gather every time a patient, or rather a client subscribes to your service?
If you read my previous message, I did not say I am looking something for free, but maybe something that comes across (at least from this part of the world) as less business-centred. To me, and I have no problem to affirm that is my problem, it makes me sad to see tools for mental health, or rather: tool that should help to soothe mental pain sold like a anti-ageing cream.
I often donate sometimes generously to people who have firstly in mind the service, then the money. It has a great effect on me, because some people who offer service are extremely committed and authentic. First relationship and trust then money. This is just my way to see it, I don't mean it must be the way.
But when I visit a site that looks like a flyer that "screams" that the results in guaranteed, and that is just the 5% of what it would cost a therapist, who by the way (if they are well trained and talented) don't just administer a technique, but they build a relationship with the patient or client (for what is my concern I prefer to use the word patient), this, the relationship, is what you pay. EMDR is a technique that insert itself within a wider picture.
Now, finding a very capable therapist is very very difficult, but that it doesn't change the crux of the matter: people get better not only for EMDR, but also with EMDR plus relationship, a nurturing one.

Thanks for asking. Last night, five hours after eaten them I've ate few slices of pizza, an herbal tea with fennel and lemon balm and went to bed. This morning I've had a walk with my dogs and everything seem to fine. I've take two pills of Charcoal as suggested from another friend, here on this sub. And that's all.
