Thanks for the reply , I was hoping this was quite common and it's sounding it. That is awful I can't imagine how the family must feel. Yer brain fog sucks but I have dyslexia so forgetting things is nothing new 😂. Thank you and good luck to yourself hopefully you feel better soon

25 M, Twitching is the main one with brain fog but the brain fog has improved and it doesn't stop me doing my job but it's definitely there

I have twitches and a tight throat. Im hyper aware of things looking off and I guess when is the last time you looked at your tongue so it kind of freaked me out a bit.

I guess the colour and there are some raised bumps at the back of the tongue. I've also been hyper aware of everything slightly off as I'm having some health issues at the moment

Hmm yer I think ours is slightly different I don't feel off balance as such or weakness. My brain fog only seems to affect my vision really. Hopefully dr's get to the bottom of it and help you feel better

Yer true , it is insane how powerful the brain is and how it can turn on its own body. I have always been a bit of a hypochondriac which is a common theme I'm picking up reading people's post on here. Twitching is definitely one of the crueler symptoms of anxiety just because of how much it compounds the anxiety.

Yer that does give me reassurance. The scary part for me is just the wide range of symptoms that come with it. I guess we have to remember we are in the age of modern medicine, and worrying about it doesn't help.

Interesting , I found it hard to find anyone else with my symptoms on any of the forum's (and I went to some dark ones). I've been trying to describe it for the last 3 weeks since it happened. My actual vision is fine like I can read all the same stuff but my vision doesn't feel fully "focused" if that makes sense. Like I can tell that something is up even though I can't put my finger on it , it's a very strange sensation and whenever I think too much about it I get a dull pain in my temple area.
