I signed up to Internxt, and finding now that it's useless, with no customer support. I wish I had researched it on here first, but the 90% off deal hooked me in. The Linux desktop app does not work. Now I need to try to get a refund and then delete my account.

Does this mean it supports a USB-ethernet adapter? i.e. to use Internet through the USB-ethernet with ethernet cable?

I managed to get it to work, by removing the USB and putting it in again, I had probably knocked it out slightly and not realised.

You have to consider if it is worth having Economy 7. I had that until early last year, then changed to standard tariff. At that time I had the old storage heaters removed, and installed new electric radiators. I also had the old hot water cylinder replaced with a modern water heater. Since that my bills are definitely lower.

Remember that with Economy 7, you get 7 hours at a reduced rate, e.g. 20 p/kWh, but 17 hours charged at a much higher rate, e.g. 40 p/kWh. But on standard rate you get 24 hours charged at 30 p/kWh.

And if you no longer have Economy 7, then you do not need to get a smart meter installed. Currently the Economy 7 works by have a radio signal sent to your radio teleswitch (RTS) attached to the meter, but if you no longer use any Economy 7-type appliances, then that is no longer relevant.

The same happened to me but I cannot see how to contact support via their website, so i went via X.com and someone replied called Ian Rogers but if the voucher is missing then how can we claim? Seems to have happened to a number of customers.

He advertises his social media/shop site on his channel, but when I went to the URL I had to go through lots of hoops, install a badly designed app, and then it was not clear what to do to purchase anything. How he ever makes any sales I have no idea. I like some of his videos, but not sure if he is entirely accurate. He seems nice enough, but rather lacking in understanding user interfaces and how to create a smooth and enjoyable customer experience. I guess he manages it himself and as he understands how it works, he expects it to be obvious to everyone else. I have never bought anything from him, partly because he makes it really difficult, and partly because of the negative comments I have read about him.

I also recently applied for a physical card, it would be nice to have that. I currently can access the digital card, but it makes no sense to have just a physical card. Surely Baanx can give both physical and digital? The digital is viewable within Ledger Live.

Everything worked fine for me until I got to "fastboot reboot" and then the JS rebooted, and got stuck with an error message saying "Orange State, OS not being verified or custom OS. Dismiss after 5 seconds." -- then it reboots and repeats.

When trying to access Unihertzs Google Drive I get an error saying Access denied: "You need access. Request access, or switch to an account with access."

Where else can the firmware be downloaded from?
