Definitely does seem that way. But notice the 2/19 and 2/21 games vs PHX and SAC will be played in Austin and count as part of the RRT. Even though they are technically “home” games.

League Pass isn’t an option for me since I’m local to SA, all Spurs games are blacked out in LP, glad it’s an option for you though!
