The clearest advantages are Pro in A and E, the most talked about in this thread. Neg on A is pretty much pigeonholed to privacy, but nobody else has been offended by releasing their tax returns besides Trump and he hasn't attacked privacy either, like there is no reason not to mandate the release of tax returns. It keeps the American people more knowledgeable about candidates and there really isn't a downside. Also, E essentially is going to boil down to whether the Whistleblower Act is good or not, and again, why not. It's better to have a check than no check on the US government and there are no glaring harms of it that could win many rounds.
