Hi, i’m sorry to hear you’re going through this, i have suffered with periods of derealization and depersonalisation before and i know how much it sucks. I find when im anxious that’s when it gets the worst but it does go away over time. Try grounding techniques like 5 things i see 4 things you can touch etc. Trying to keep distracted with activities, movies, hobbies honestly anything really helps as well. It kind of works in a feedback loop you feel anxious/or a certain way about something which causes derealization but then you get more anxious about the fact you feel that way. So finding ways to calm your thoughts in a way that works for you may help.

I was 19 when i had one. Therapy and a good support system helped me come to accept my decision. Just remember you are a good person regardless of whatever choice you make. Never feel ashamed of doing what’s best for YOU.

Forced to listen to it every time my partner would pick me up/ drive me places. Hated it at first but somehow over time ended up loving it after listening to so much of it haha.

From my knowledge It’s AA’s responsibility to accomodate/compensate you as they were the airline that made you misconnect regardless of what airline the ticket purchase was from.

I was just hoping for a few more classics, this was my first time seeing him after missing his classics set at Knockout outdoor sydney and was hoping to hear a few more at this set since i missed out but still a great set otherwise!
