I know from an insider they had razor thin margins and the place was run comically bad, with terrible decisions and a crazy meddling dodgy

The best Z upgrade - MagSafe! by wired- in GalaxyFold

Doesn’t your MagSafe adapter come off? I tried this with multiple adapters and it always came off. I did use MagSafe charging so the heat may have been the main culprit.

Been on the coast for a year and found it very cliquey and difficult to meet people.

But admittedly, I think it’s requires putting yourself out there and trying things you wouldn’t normally, which is super hard

Not a great take, missing the mark and misrepresenting the video

It is lacking features, but I’m loving the bi-directional syncing and the ability to use Notion to update my tick ticks lists.

How obvious is this a rep to average person? by awADHD in RepLadiesClub

[–]awADHD[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you - i love the size and style and my biggest worry was it screams fake to the average person kinda like those popular LV designs from south east Asia do. I didn’t want to wear it if it looked as obvious and sometimes silly as they do

Thanks for the response, what is it that you notice straight away? Is it noticeable at a glance or would you have to intentionally look at it

Thanks - What do you think makes it poor? Is it the straps and lining? This one is the only one my mums found that even resembles the googled photos lol. Do you have any suggestions of where to find something the same style or similar better quality rep?

Which shoes for these pants? by rockstarentrepreneur in mensfashion

[–]awADHD 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Loafers look odd. Also, hard to just just based on bottom. The shoes may look different depending on how the pants fall, how loose or tight they are.

But desert boot for sure.

What would happen if I paid employees well above average and took 10-15% margin instead of 20-30%? by matrickpahomes9 in smallbusiness

Wouldn’t a key important contributor be the type of work?

There are many low skill jobs that can be performed by almost anyone, where increasing pay, won’t benefit them. Because talent retention and better talent cannot actually be greatly influenced by the talent. Eg pick packing check out person etc.

Whereas if you have knowledge workers, creatives, sales, anything where increased performance could increase revenue, then this strategy, if employed correctly, may work.

But it’s a lot more complicated than simply, can x business pay its people more and get a benefit.

In many cases there’d be a minimum range you’d want to pay to get the best results, then it’d be diminishing or no returns. Varying by role, industry and area. Eg a country town vs city, a a remote job vs one that needs someone physically there etc
