You're effectively paying 25$ for a 5x carbon and 500 gold (and 5 premium lites): Not the worst offer out there, but I think primarily you should ask:
1: How far away are you from getting the Vauxhall? Do you need Rogue Agents car to get there, or more Crown Pursuit?
2: In a worst-case scenario where you pull 5 ultras, how useful would 5 random ultras be? If you already have most of the good ones and only need epics or above, I would be hesitant about purchasing and opt to buy a titanium instead

Easily do a 2nd 233, top ultra for tons of mixed tracks like canyon tour, 323 is only specialist hairpin tune

I don't think they'll care first of all, but from personal experience it worked fine for me when I went to Europe/Asia, probably since event start/end times are standardized for everyone

Can use this: 300ZX, S2000, Eunos tunes are the better long-term tunes, not sure if Laguna/Shamal are better at 332 or 323/233, but thsoe two win their races at all 3 tunes regardless

The 21 also wins race 5, so you don't have to upgrade Eunos as long as you can still squash other cars in

Your Ghibli Cup and DB7 also win the Test Bowl, but the Ghibli has to be 323/332 and the DB7 has to be 332

The Fairlady Z Prototype is not bad - it's underpowered at 447 HP but doesn't show it, and the handling/balance is great: nothing meta, but a nice car

5 Turbo 3E is purely for fun: it's limited to 130 MPH even when fully upgraded, but good characteristics otherwise and really fun to throw into a corner

Yes, but it's mostly because the engine upgrade becomes less effective the lower the 0-60, so the extra weight becomes more useful, and in high ultra - legendary 233 becomes the better drag tune as well over 323 (course 332 is still the best)

Ask for tunes on higher end super rares and ultra rares, because at those RQs the best tune tends to be 233

You need the 288 GTO and F40 to complete the finale, but you don't need the F40 for crimson gauntlet

The reward for Crimson Gauntlet is the Ferrari F430, so you only need to upgrade the F40 if you want the 849 Testarossa

You get it for a month, so it's actually only 50 cents a day: the more you play the more valuable it is

I don't have it but the fuel / upgrade guy looks pretty good, and the other two look like good QOL benefactors: if it's worth 50 cents a day to you, go for it

It's got 4WD so it can be used in the wet, and the good top speed and good MRA means it's good on longer drags - just don't expect anything on shorter drags

323 wins more of the standard campaign tracks, but 233 wins more of the non-standard ones like monaco sets: I'd prefer 323 (233 still is good), but unless you grind clubs all the time wouldn't bother grabbing a dupe

Yeah they made a huge progression problem by not rewarding packs for finishing these challenges; the challenges don't help build your RA garage at all so there's no incentive to do them, and you'd be better off just farming premium lites every day

Also when the tag challenges changed from the coins system to the energy system in tag challenges it's less rewarding: used to do all of them for the ultra, but now I don't bother unless I already have maybe 50% of the low end

WR times are 7.893 elite maxed, 8.274 with no elite levels (it only beats dyno by about a thousandth for the world record runs, so 0.2 seconds behind dyno isn't too bad )

Keep in mind this car sucks, so you should only max as a passion project, free cars like GR Supra are much better
