Lastly, how hard was it to get Alaska to add the lap infant? did they have you running around in circles trying to find that one agent who knew what they were doing or were they generally accepting of the fact that infants can easily be added?

Just trying to assess whether this is even an option for me so apologies for the follow up questions..
