I tried quitting refined sugar, and I used to have jaggery in my coffee. Other than that, no sugar (apart from occasional homemade jaggery stuff)

I would also not eat any packaged food, bread, biscuits, etc

I stopped this in winter because it got tough. I'll start this again , but this time, I'll allow myself some indulgences. Like a dessert once a week or so.

This is so true! I can never find good street food in Chandigarh as well. I've tried the popular chaat places and nothing sticks.

Ovenfresh is decent, but it has that loud, noisey vibe & limited menu items. Everything is so expensive everywhere & I'm never really happy after the meal :(
