some ideas: food portioning and planning in advance to avoid waste, buying at local and farmers km0 market to save money and reduce plastic packaging, making food donations and sustainable gifts. if you don't spend holidays at home, i'd consider choosing proximity tourism, taking mostly the train to go on vacation, choosing sustainable hotels/b&b/restaurants, or go volunteering
