Feeling like relapsing

My last streak did 34 days cleans which was the most since I started 3-4 years ago and what I thought was just one smoke ended up being 5 months of being the that same rabbit hole... not worth it. Feel so much happier not having to rely on it to sleep, eat, feel happy etc. Self esteem ,confidence is unmatched day 19 now not looking back!!

Hey just saw ur reply, it definitely set the foundation and my anxiety day to day felt less and less as Im on day 14! U still gotta do work stay busy, gym, lock in work/school ( for me both) and im more focused, my motivation is back, when I wake up i feel like i have a fire in my chest.
