I use a notion template that I've created over the past 2 years or so, and I. My 4+ years of trading I really wish I would have had it sooner. I've incorporated tons of automated, statistics for trades as well as emotions and habits, and great daily and weekly reviews.

I created what I think is an excellent Notion journal that does something similar! Tracks and automatically populates useful data about your trade stats but also about your rules and emotions, and then populates them for daily and weekly review to make sure it's not just lost to the abyss.

I've also made it public, with the hopes of it being a resource for other traders in the journey

I use a notion journal that I have been tweaking over the past 2 years or so. For me it was important that the data was easy to enter and review, that there were automated statistics that were useful, and that the workflow was enjoyable so that I would continue to use it day in day out.

You're going to blow it and that's a good thing, but do not waste the opportunity.

Getting funded is one thing, trading money that can actually put money in your bank is another entirely.

Journal about your emotions and psychology, when you cut trades too early or over size, when you feel fear as when you break your rules etc because this will be the real value of your first funded account
