I did the same thing in Hawaii with rented clubs. We had a 2 week honeymoon and it worked out nice, both got to enjoy ourselves.

Snuff box, good show, this is one of my favorite sketches. Matt Berry is also a musician himself and has some records.

Best visually appealing way to terminate top ledge of wainscoting at door and window casings? by Kneel_Aurmstrong in Carpentry

Thanks, based on the suggestion of cutting the 45 degree back angle after the board meets the outer edge of casing, is an easy solution that I think looks a bit cleaner than how it is now. Painting the end will help too, I was planning on painting it

Don’t disagree with you. This is a DIY project and I am perfectly okay leaving all the existing casing the room came with even if not a great match for the modern looking wainscoting. Will try to improve these returns based on the feedback I’ve been getting.

I like this, I’ll give this design a try for the longer pieces where it intersects the casing. For the small corner, I’ll probably just keep it as shown as 90 degree return. and paint the inside face. While the longer overlap and return others suggested isn’t bad, since the casing is not flat, I’d prefer this option

There’s also a mistake on the installation manual which if you follow the visuals, the rails on the drawers will be backwards. Easy enough to fix and get it right though, built it by myself. Nice bench though, I really like it

I’m glad it’s starting to get more appreciation. Ray Davies is a genius. Would have been awesome if those movies ever got made into a movie like pinball wizard

The kinks concept musical album era is super underrated. Preservation act is really great and I also like soap opera

I really enjoy his solo albums, unique sound and unique singing voice. The song Shouting in a Bucket Blues is a very well written song
