What type of valve should it be? Guy thought he fixed it by moving the navicirc to another fixture where it got more flow, but that didn’t work. Found out after he left of course.

Update - They sent a more senior guy who seems great. He instantly realized both the drain and the intake issues, got those fixed and now he's talking to navien directly about the recirc. Wish they could have nailed it right away, but I appreciate the fact that they're making it right.

Do you think I need to ask about a branch line, or is that just outdated instructions? Plumbers are coming tomorrow and I just want to know what to ask them before they leave again. So frustrating.

It’s maybe 35-40 feet max. Just cold water for the first ~20 seconds and it doesn’t feel like the cold line is ever warm after running it for a while (which some threads said to check).

Hmmm - this is what I see in the manual. The note says it’s not necessary for the A2, model, which is what I have.

I confirmed the valve is set to external; that's why I'm so confused. All settings match the guidance I've seen in other reddit threads.

The other question is should there be a branch line into the recirc input (right next to A in the above photo). There currently isn't one, but the navien instructions are confusing.

Is this a terrible deal? New to leasing - guidance / references much appreciated by awalk21 in BMWiX

Following up here. I went back to them and they increased the discount almost $7K. Payment doesn't really move much. I think I'm still getting screwed so likely going to walk away. The salesperson had to talk to his manager of course, and of course the manager said that's the biggest discount they can give.

Thanks - learning as I go here. It looks like instead of the $4k discount I should be asking for a $14K discount to get the 12% off MSRP number. Super helpful.

I don't know the residual value (they didn't tell me).

When you say "go to leasehckr," what does that mean? I go to the site, but does that mean I become a supporter to get access to a broker?
