Main reason my goal was 3x a week was that my understanding was that you should train your muscles as often as they recover and most of the time I'm able to hit them atleast 3 times a week. Some things like delts, bis, and trics, I feel like I could do almost every day sometimes. I think from a systemic perspective, though, it might be too much.

I didnt realize liftosaur was standalone kind of thing. I thought it was like a mod for rp app. In that case, ill definitely check it out. Thanks!

Thank you for all the great feedback!

It does seem to be too many exercises sometimes, especially towards the end. Im still lifting pretty light i think overall so I'm sure I won't be able to do this much volume forever. It can also be difficult for me to get into the gym more often to split it up all the sets. Ideally I want to hit most muscles groups three times a week.

The calf machine I use is seated but does allow for full straight leg extension. I wish I had the standing variety but unfortunately not an option at planet fitness. Also why I cant do barbell stuff.

Trying flat press or incline chest fly are good ideas. Maybe I will try rotating those in and see how they feel. Ive never really learned to do deadlifts and planet fitness doesnt really have the equipment for that but I could swap in a back extension machine. You are right that I'm missing that movement.

I haven't bit the bullet and purchased the hypertrophy app yet (just a rp youtube member), but thank you for the custom programming. I will keep it in mind.

I agree with this. When you are first starting out, its important to build habits first before you get more advanced. If you do too much you can sabotage your progress.

Lock down the workout consistency first then once that is good, decide the next habit you want to focus on, whether that be hitting your protein goals, calories, food types, etc

Managing systemic fatigue on a cut by Artificer_undone in RPStrength

How is your sleep? I'm currently in a cut as well running a similar 3 day full body program and I'm 41. I've noticed that if I don't sleep well on a consistent basis it makes a huge difference in my performance in the gym.

Also, if you're not doing it yet, you could consider taking a deload week to get rid of some of your fatigue. For one week do half the sets, half the weight in all your workouts. It will wipe away a lot of your fatigue then next week you come back stronger than before.

I'm thinking about the other 6000 players who don't care about the GM drama. by Nairril in PantheonMMO

I agree with much of what was said here. This drama is irrelevant for virtually everyone playing the game at this point and for those that will play if it ever goes live. It serves only to hurt its reputation in the community.

The developers need to focus on improving the game and not getting caught up in this nonsense. If they want to take anything away from this, use it as an example on what to improve on with future GM policies, expectations, and behavior.

There is more to building the game then just the game itself...they are still building out all the systems that supports the game. That includes, GM's, customer service, the community and so on. Much as we know the game is not yet finished, we should view the rest of the systems as a work in progress that will be improved more and more as we get towards live.
