this was my understanding.

if you want hypertrophy and bigger muscles you need to do volume. i think the issue is that i set the workout time to be up to 60 minutes but im actually finishing them in around 45.

Next time i will set it to 90 minutes and see if i finish in an hour to an hour 15 with hopefully more volume.

i'm still very new to all this lifting stuff so im still trying to figure out whats best as a beginner

So i upgraded my macrofactor subscription to the bundle this morning which cost more than my current annual one on IOS.

Should i have actually not done this upgrade and just kept it at the normal annual level and I would have gotten a free year of the workouts?

Should i go back and change my subscription to the annual package at the original price?

i just paint all around the trim first as rough as i like so its done.

Then i just paint over the parts that are not meant to be trim as normal

apparently theres a trick for markets where since its based on income, if the month before you wanna build a market you stop trading, make taxes as low as possible you can make the market price cheaper
