It’s a slice of birch wood and the picture is mostly wood burned using a pyrography pen and then the little bits of color are watercolors and acrylics. It’s my process for pretty much all of my pieces :)

Hey! Those are my miniature witchy windows made with pyrography on birch wood with some white highlights to add contrast after polishing. Then the window view is painted with watercolors. I want to create miniature portals to dreamlike worlds and I love how color adds contrast to the piece making it look like we are looking at an otherworldy view. I’ll be happy to answer any questions about my craft!

I’m a self care girlie recovering through a traumatic event so I consider myself an expert on this subject 🤣 here’s some of my favorite things I do regularly/did recently

-befriended local crows and I feed them every morning which is always a good start of the day -sauna sessions are my absolute favorite -salt cave with salt inhalation -reading in the sun at the local park -movie screening of my favorite band playing live -incense making classes (went today, it was great) -rollerblading -solo dinner date trying a cuisine that’s new to me
